With this line of credit you will get:

Up to 80% of the estimated costs, with no limit on the amount.
The option to return it within a maximum period of 12 months.
Settlement of interest on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Repayment: at maturity.
Personal guarantee.
Renewal: depending on the characteristics and needs of the customer.

The granting of this line of credit is subject to prior approval by the Bank. Once the line of credit is approved, availability is immediate and the incoming and outgoing of money to the associated account is allowed through transfers, withdrawals or cash deposits.
