How can I request duplicate copies of bills?

Do you need a duplicate copy of a bill paid through your account? You can get one easily via our app or online banking.

Via the Santander app

Use your password to log in to your home page (accounts overview) and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the drop-down menu on the right-hand side via the icon with the three horizontal lines.
  2. Select "Bills and taxes".
  3. Access the bill you are interested in.
  4. Select "Request duplicate".

Via online banking

Log in with your ID and password to your personal menu and follow these steps:

  1. Select "Accounts and cards" from the top menu.
  2. Select "Bills".
  3. Choose the account to which the bill is direct debited, look for the bill you are interested in and click on "Request duplicate".

Please remember that you can request duplicate copies of bills up to 15 months old, and the range of dates entered cannot exceed 2 months.

Both in the app and online banking you will need to have active and operational electronic signature to complete the request for a duplicate bill.
