I have noticed a charge on my card which I do not recognise

If you notice a charge on your credit or debit card that you do not recognise, you can use the Santander App to geolocate where your latest transactions were carried out. This way, you will be able to check whether it was you who used the card or not.

If you do not recognise the location, the payment area or the charge on the card, contact Superlínea or go to your nearest Santander branch.

Remember that from the App you can also freeze the card, which will make it temporarily unusable until you confirm whether the charge is correct or not, by selecting “Freeze Card”. You can reactivate it whenever you want by clicking on “Unfreeze Card”.
