Use ATMs without a card

You can now withdraw cash from ATMs using the Santander app or via Online Banking. With this new feature, you will be able to process your transactions from your Private Customer area in order to withdraw cash from your nearest ATM, validating the transaction securely with Santander Key.

Safer, because you can authorise the transaction with your face or fingerprint, using Santander Key.
More convenient, because you do not need to carry the card with you.
Quicker, because you can complete your transactions at any time and place.
You can withdraw up to €1,000 per transaction. If you need to withdraw more cash, you can process as many transactions as required until you reach your maximum personal limit.

How can you do that? It's very simple! Follow these four steps to get started:

Set up the transaction using the Santander app or via Online Banking. Go to the "ATMs and Branches" section in your Private Customer area, and select the option "Perform a transaction with your mobile phone". Select the account from which you wish to withdraw cash and enter the amount.
Go to your nearest ATM and scan the QR code that appears on the screen (top right of the screen).
Enter your signature with Santander Key and withdraw the cash.
Done! You have just completed the transaction. All you need to do now is keep an eye out while the ATM is dispensing the cash.

These transactions will be set up in your Santander app or Online Banking services, and you will be able to perform them whenever you like. Please keep in mind that they will be registered as your favourite transactions. Therefore, if you would like to change the account or amount in a subsequent transaction, you can simply edit it, without having to create a new one.
